The invaders in the Crimea persecute religious communities that are not supporters of the Moscow Patriarchate.


It was stated by Crimean human rights activists, according to the website politeka.net. According to Olga Skrypnyk, the head of the Crimean human rights group, Russian invaders are discriminating against Muslims and Christians who visit the churches of the Kyiv Patriarchate.


The organization presented a report, which says the right to freedom of religion is violated in Crimea. In particular, people are even deprived of their real estate.


“The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate in Crimea is deprived of real estate. The trend is to increase persecution,” said human rights defender Alexander Sedov.


The occupation law enforcers also pursue Muslim activists. The most unwelcome may easily be blamed for terrorist activities.
