Newspaper Weekly Mirror publishes article based on USSR documents regarding the liquidation of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in 1946.
KYIV – The Weekly Mirror [Dzerkalo Tyzhnia] (www.dt.ua) newspaper (№10 (790), 13-19 March, 2010) posted an article by journalist Roksolana Protskiv “Right of Return.” The article is based on documents of the VKP (b) (Communist Party) and MGB (Security Service) of USSR published by the Institute of Church History of the Ukrainian Catholic University in an exhibition “Toward the Light of Resurrection through the Thorns of Catacombs” on the 20th anniversary of the legalization of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC), report the UGCC web site.
