100 single mothers to acquire profession with the support of Evangelical Church

“If you help, then you invest directly in particular persons. At the moment, it's 10 people, but we want to cover a minimum of 90 persons.”

100 single mothers will receive diplomas and will be capable to work in their specialty already after two and a half months from the beginning of the training – this charity action was initiated by a team of masters of the hairdressing salon “Laboratory of Beauty” under the direction of Iryna Vanina, a professional cosmetologist and makeup artist with 18 years of work experience, NGNews.org news website reports.

“These will be single mothers, people who are undergoing social adaptation or spiritual recovery directly in rehab centers,” Iryna Vanina specified a category of women who seek help. “Women will receive a free specialty in three areas: “Hairdresser”, “Nail Service” and “Eyebrow artist”.

The first 10 women are already studying a new specialty based on the Evangelical Church in the city of Novomoskovsk (Ukraine). However, according to the initiators of the action, the training will not necessarily take place in Novomoskovsk.

The project has its time limits: 100 women will receive diplomas with the right to work after two and a half months of training.

“For them, this will be an opportunity to realize themselves, to find employment, or eventually start a small business. And thus they could develop at their church service in this direction,” Iryna tells about the prospects of the project. “And they could show the local population that believers can have specific concern for the poor and the elderly.”

Iryna Vanina also explains the reasons that led her to help women:

“If we take single mothers, I am also in this situation, therefore, I understand how mothers find it hard to find funds for additional education, so that they can improve their standard of living. And if women complete the course on spiritual renewal of a personality at a rehab center, many change internally, but if there is no profession, they do not know what to do next. It is a good specialty can help solve this problem.”

The project is charitable, and the masters will share their experience, provide the opportunity to practice, and provide methodological literature. But future specialists need to buy tools for work. With this request, Iryna Vanina appeals to businessmen and entrepreneurs:

“If you help, then you invest directly in particular persons. At the moment, it's 10 people, but we want to cover a minimum of 90 persons.”

If in your environment, your church there are single women, the women who need work, contact the organizers of the charity event.

Laboratory of Beauty is a hairdressing salon that works in the church building in Novomoskovsk and periodically renders services to the needy for free. The idea of Iryna Vanina to serve people was supported three years ago by Pastor Dmitry Makarenko.

“In principle, Laboratory of Beauty began with the blessing of my pastor,” says cosmetologist- and makeup artist Iryna Vanina. “He gave the name of this project, he gave us a room in the church building, he contributed, helped, supported and contributed a lot to the development of this ministry,” Iryna added.

Thanks to the initiative of the bishop in the church building there is a beauty laboratory equipped with all the materials of the hairdressing salon. Every week in the church building, the masters of hairdressing salons organize charity events for those in need.

It should be noted that the charitable project of Iryna Vanina was blessed by the senior bishop of the Church “New Generation” Andriy Tyshchenko.

Also, Iryna Vanina’s team provides support to people who are undergoing adaptation in charity houses and in rehab centers. There are also people who have jobs today because they have been trained by masters of the salon on the basis of the church in Pershotravensk and Novomoskovsk.
