A separate audit will be conducted to check the availability and condition of Kyiv Lavra's movable property, including relics of saints and museum exhibits.

According to Ukrinform, this was stated by the minister of culture and information policy of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tkachenko, on the air of the telethon.

"In addition to real estate, there are also Museum exhibits - more than 800 copies, including the relics of Saints, which were transferred to the monks for use, and they will be reviewed separately," he said.

Tkachenko also warned about the criminal liability of those persons who intend to move the movable property of the Lavra somewhere, including relics or museum exhibits.

"The last audit was held in 2018, and all the sites are on the list. And any step that representatives of the UOC-MP can take regarding movable property and museum exhibits will be recorded, and they will have criminal liability," the minister stressed.

As reported, the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra announced the termination of the lease agreement with the UOC-MP starting from March 29 this year.
