Delegation of UOC-MP Attends Celebratory Events on Occasion of Day of Arrival of St. Apostle Andrew in Georgia

On the eve of the Day of Arrival of Andrew The First-Called-Apostle in Georgia, the delegation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate (UOC)was received by the Head of the Georgian Orthodox Church, Catolicos-Patriarch Ilia II of All Georgia.
On the eve of the Day of Arrival of Andrew The First-Called-Apostle in Georgia, the delegation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate (UOC) led by the Head of the Department of External Church Relations of UOC, Archbishop Oleksandr of Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi was received by the Head of the Georgian Orthodox Church, Catolicos-Patriarch Ilia II of All Georgia.
According to the web site of UOC, Archbishop Oleksandr passed to the Catolicos an Icon of Spyridon of Trimythous, which is venerated by Orthodox Georgians, as a gift from the Head of UOC, Metropolitan Volodymyr.
