Antonin Dognal, an excommunicated Catholic priest and leader of an unrecognized religious organization, warns Viktor Yanukovych that next year he can expect big problems – namely, that he can lose his position as president. The end of the current president's political career, according to Dognal, can occur due to an incorrect choice in Ukraine’s foreign policy.

The leader of the unrecognized religious group, known as the Ukrainian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church, warned Yanukovych in his “Prophetics Words for the President of Ukraine.”

Dognal says that on July 27, 2013, at 3:05 p.m., in the anniversary year of the Baptism of Kyivan Rus, God gave the following prophecy to Yanukovych: “If you sign an agreement to join the EU, then next year you will no longer be president.”

However, the president has a way out.

“If, however, you join the Customs Union, you will remain president next term,” he says.

Dognal signed the “prophecy” as “Elijah Patriarch of the Byzantine Ecumenical Patriarchate.”

“Patriarch Elijah” also sent copies of “Prophetic Words for the President of Ukraine” to deputies in the Ukrainain Verkhovna Rada and the Russian State Duma, the media, and the presidents of Belarus and Russia – although the latter have not shown any desire to “sign an agreement to join the EU.”
