I hope that such cooperation will continue to develop, bringing good results, contributing to the establishment in the minds of contemporaries of the ideals of mercy and justice, unity and social harmony, and preserving the rich historical, spiritual and cultural heritage of our country,” Kirill said.

He expressed gratitude to Putin “for his consistent attention to the activities of the Moscow Patriarchate, for his personal contribution to the harmonization of church-state relations.”
