Military icon painters from Vinnytsia showcase an exhibition at the art museum, with the next stop being Canada
This was reported by My Vin, citing a post by military unit 3008 of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Volodymyr Boikov, the assistant military chaplain of the Vinnytsia unit of the National Guard, stated that this exhibition serves as a precursor to a future exhibition in Canada. It is being organized at the invitation of the local diaspora community and Bishop Andrii Peshko of Toronto and the Eastern Diocese, with the blessing of Metropolitan Mykhailo of Vinnytsia and Tulchyn, as well as Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar.

The soldiers mastered the fundamental principles of sacred writing, enabling them to produce high-quality images of Christian saints that came from the heart. Yaroslav Honchar emphasized that "attention to detail, dedication to a noble cause, diligence, and humility in one’s work are the keys to artistic obedience, which flourishes in the sacrificial environment of military service."
