Military priests in Bukovyna recognized as volunteer military servicemen

The corresponding decision was made by a majority vote by deputies of the Chernivtsi Regional Council at the next session.

This is reported by the ACC news agency that cited the message of the deputy of the Chernivtsi Regional Council Mykhailo Pavlyuk, on Facebook.

The decision of the session "military priests-chaplains in the Chernivtsi region will be recognized as volunteer military servicemen who took part in the defense of the territorial integrity and state sovereignty of Ukraine. Such a fair decision has just been made by the session of the Regional Council," he wrote.

Mykhailo Pavlyuk noted that finally, our region appreciated the efforts of military priests and their daily deeds to protect the state, repel the enemy aggressor and support our hero soldiers.
