Minister of Culture to Dismiss Director of Kyiv Cave Reserve With Help of Police

At this moment, in the National Kyiv Cave Historic and Cultural Reserve, the Minister of Culture Mykhailo Kulyniak is trying to dismiss the Reserve’s General Director Viktoria Lisnycha who has been on sick leave, Gazeta.ua reported with reference to the Union Committee of the Reserve.

According to the mentioned source, police officers intend to drive employees who support the director away from the Director’s Office, where the minister locked himself.

“According to our information, they plan to replace Viktoria Lisnycha by a deputy of the minister or the first deputy of the General Director, the Minister’s protégée, a developer, Valerii Panchenko,” says the report of the Union Committee.
