Operating Room Opened in St. Oleskandr’s Church, Death Toll Soaring
An operating room has been set up in St. Oleskandr’s Church, and in the Conservatory a clinic is operating for those with minor injuries, it was announced from the EuroMaidan stage, Espreso.TV reported.
According to the latest information from Channel 5, EuroMaidan activists are being shot at. By 11:10 a.m. the death toll from today’s confrontation reached 11.
A representative of Maidan’s Self-Defense unit says that these men were shot dead by police snipers who are aiming at their heads and necks.
According to Ukrayinska Pravda, the Self-Defense forces found snipers on the tenth floor of Hotel Ukraine.
People are urged to stay within the perimeters of Maidan and not to go beyond the barricades.
