Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Turkey Andriy Sybiha reported it on Twitter, according to Espresso.

"Today, during the festive Divine Liturgy at the Phanar, the Patriarch's message was also read in Ukrainian, which seemed impossible a year ago. Believe and there will always be a victory! Everything will be Ukraine!” Sybiga wrote.
