Putin: Clergymen from nearly all our denominations are on active duty

On May 21, during a meeting in the Kursk region, Russian dictator Putin stated that “the clergy of nearly all our traditional confessions are essentially on a combat post.”
This was reported by the Telegram channel Christians Against War.
"They are assisting people on the front lines — and, I repeat, these are individuals of all faiths — both in the midst of combat and in safer areas away from the fighting.
In this context, motivation is crucial. While equipment and ammunition are necessary, internal motivation takes precedence. The importance of spiritual mentors in fostering this motivation cannot be overstated."
At the same time, Putin acknowledged that “there have been losses among the clergy.”
