Russian occupiers destroy Greek Catholic church in Myrnohrad

On May 28, the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Myrnohrad, Donetsk region, was severely damaged by another Russian shelling.
According to the UGCC Department for Information, this was reported by the rector of the parish, Fr. Ivan Vasylenko, on his Facebook account, publishing photos of the destroyed shrine.
"Today is Good Friday for the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Myrnohrad. The Russians have wounded the shrine, and the city is being devastated by GABs daily," wrote Fr. Ivan.
The enemy attack targeted the churchyard, resulting in significant damage to the church building. The shelling shattered all the windows, severely damaged the roof, and scattered debris around the shrine.
