The organizers of the colloquium offer to discuss the experience of comprehension of the phenomenon of St Sophia and Sophianism by philosophers, theologians, and religious scholars who rely on the symbols of St Sophia the Wisdom embodied in the Cathedral of St. Sophia in Kyiv.

The discussion of the life bases that are common for all Ukrainians, the search for the meaning of their own history, fundamental political, spiritual and cultural values has not only theoretical but also important practical significance for achieving the ideal of unity of Ukraine.

A weighted and critical assessment of the possible common foundations and values of responsible intellectuals who are directly and professionally involved in worldview and value issues is particularly relevant today when Ukrainian society outlines ways for its further development.
