The article by O.Nedavnya discusses the possibilities of using the Internet in the work of religious scholars - implemented and promising. Analyzed the Internet as a tool for acquaintance with the works of religious scholars for the domestic and foreign contingent, appropriate ways and means, work of employees of the Department of Studies of Religions of the GS Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy, NAS of Ukraine.

The history of mastering the Internet space by academic colleagues is presented, starting with the first individual attempts and the first variants of the web-sites of the Department of Studies of Religions: these were blogs, personal and collective, on national and international blogging platforms, and units on the sites of various other research institutions, academic institutions filled with religious studies, and later began to serve as the site of the first professional Internet discussions and promotional discussions. '

The most reliable and functional international platform platform with the Wordpress access has proved to be the most reliable and functional, while the advanced resource is the international social network "Ukrainian scientists in the world", which combined the blog platform with forum forms of communication, being created by national scientists and scientists. its existence through understandable material difficulties, which, in the hope of its stakeholders, will still be overcome.

Further efforts to create an independent Internet resource of the Department of Studies of Religions have been highlighted, which have successfully incorporated into the site, which is by far the most complete compendium of the works of its staff and other members of the Ukrainian Association of Religious Scientists, including all the number of scientific and popular scientific, scientific and popular publications. published by the Department of Studies of Religions, and articles of a major ambitious project - the Ukrainian Religious Encyclopedia, which are replenished.

It is determined that the largest online platform for communication of religious scholars - Ukrainian and foreign, and for the promotion of their research is now the international social network Facebook, which is actively used by UAR members. Other forms of peer presence on the Internet have also been identified: from the sites of various scholarly and popular publications, libraries and institutions, and to numerous electronic versions of the media, to which religious scholars give hundreds of interviews each year.

The conclusion of the analysis of the presence of employees of the Department of Studies of Religions of the GS Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of the NAS of Ukraine on the Internet - with their scientific papers, discussions, reports and plans, lectures and workshops - emphasizes the key importance of this modern popularization, their knowledge, large-scale education and international cooperation.
