“Currently, the Metropolitan Gardens are closed both for citizens and visitors. Historically, it has been private space and we cannot change this. But the second part of the garden, which is located in the municipal property, may be open to everyone. We plan to make it a public space where people can visit and walk every day,” Fr. Taras said.
