TV Channel "Spas" advocates violence against Ukrainians over the UOC-MP eviction from Lavra
According to TSN, the statement was made on April 4 during the Evening Spas show.
When asked by the host about what Russia should do after the eviction of the UOC-MP from the Lavra, Nikiforov went on a bloodthirsty rant suggesting that the aggressor country should "burn all Ukrainian citizens alive."
He then added that "some will say that this is not the way of a Christian, but it's Christian ethics. They think of themselves as pagans, so they should be punished like pagans. A prophet in the Old Testament was cutting throats. You deal with these in the same way. Destroy without remorse."
Nikiforov is a native of Odesa who moved to Moscow in 1980, from where he now supports and promotes the genocide in Ukraine.
It should be noted that the Russian Foreign Ministry stood up for the abbot of Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, Pavlo, who was handed a notice of suspicion, in particular, per the article justifying Russia's aggression.
Earlier, on the morning of April 1, at 7:30 a.m., the Security Service of Ukraine handed a notice of suspicion to the abbot of the Kyiv Cave Monastery, Metropolitan Pavel.
