Ukrainian World Congress commemorates the Holodomor anniversary with a call to remind the world of the crimes of the Stalin and Putin regimes
“November 19 marks 1000 days since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine. These historic events are linked by the cruelty and ruthlessness of the aggressor, who seeks to destroy the Ukrainian people. We must remind the world of the heinous crimes committed by the communist Stalinist regime against the Ukrainian people in the twentieth century, just as its successor, the ruscist Putin regime, is once again committing genocide on Ukrainian soil,” the statement reads.

Call on governments to condemn the current Russian aggression against Ukraine as genocide of the Ukrainian people. Ask your governments to hold official commemorations or parliamentary hearings on the anniversary of the Holodomor Genocide,” the statement reads.
