UOC MP priest congratulates draft dodgers and praises them for refusing to 'go to war against their brothers'

“We bow low to the true heroes who were not afraid of threats and did not submit to satanic demands, did not take up arms and did not go to war against their brothers, because we are one people with one faith!” he wrote.

According to Kuznetsov, tens of thousands of our parishioners, as well as thousands of children of clergy, and priests of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, are serving valiantly in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Our hearts go out to them, and we pray that the Lord grants them the wisdom to fear Him above all else and the courage to stand firm against transient authorities.

We wish everyone on the front lines a safe return home!

May mothers see their sons and wives see their husbands again,” said the UOC MP clergyman.
