On the eve of Easter, Gradus Research conducted a survey to explore how Ukrainians' religious beliefs and holiday traditions are evolving in the fourth year of the full-scale war. The results indicate a gradual shift in religious self-identification and an increasing emphasis on personal, home-based celebrations.

This is stated on the Gradus Research website.

As noted, Ukrainians continue the tradition of celebrating Easter. The vast majority of respondents (90%) indicated that they plan to celebrate this holiday in both a religious and a cultural sense.

Over 51% of respondents have decided to attend church during Easter week. Most plan to do so on Sunday, while others intend to attend services on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Additionally, 20% of respondents indicated that they found it difficult to answer or were undecided.

At the same time, 29% of respondents indicated they do not plan to attend church, a significant decrease from 2023, when the percentage was 40%.
