“Priests and monks of the Russian Orthodox Church sell their alcoholic beverages (Cahors wine, as they said) of unknown origin in their stores, including selling it to minors without any restrictions,” activists said.

The organization wrote appeals to the State Fiscal Service, the regional prosecutor's office and the human rights ombudsman to investigate the sale of counterfeit alcohol in the monasteries.
