The chairman of the conference of bishops of Ukraine, Bishop Vitaly Skomarovsky, resumed the Consecration of Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the All-Ukrainian Sanctuary of the Mother of God of the Holy Scapularium in Berdychev.

In his address, which was published on March 22, Bishop Skomarovsky called on all parishes and communities to unite in common prayer in order to ask for peace and conversion for sinners through the Mother of God.
After the Holy Mass, which took place on March 25, 2023, in the sanctuary as part of the pilgrimage of the "Light-Life" Movement of the Diocese of Kyiv-Zhytomyr, Bishop Skomarovsky, in unity with all bishops and the entire Church, read the act of consecrating Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
