The Patriarch was accompanied by a distinguished delegation, including Metropolitan Theodoritos of Laodicea, Director of the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Office in Athens; Archbishop Makarios of Australia; and the Grand Ecclesiarch Aetios, Director of the Patriarch’s Private Office.
The meeting underlined the close relationship between the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Hellenic Republic, reflecting their shared commitment to promoting faith, culture, and dialogue on critical issues affecting Orthodox Christians and the wider global community.
