New synagogue opened in Kryvyj Rig

New synagogue named Beis Stern Shulman after the maternal and paternal families of the main sponsor Vadim Shulman. Before the Bolshevik coup the city had several synagogues but the Communists closed them all, they even ruined the buildings, so the synagogue had to be constructed from scratch.

According to the chief rabbi of Kryvyj Rig Liron Ederi, special Torah scrolls were written for the new synagogue. On the main facade of the synagogue the star of David is established  made of stone brought from Jerusalem.
