Russian military and pro-Russian activists led by odious Tsarev are unloading food to the church. You can also see how fresh bread is loaded into a Russian military vehicle. The video is presented by Russia Today. It features the Church of St. Archangel Michael of the UOC-MP in the village of Katyuzhanka, Vyshgorod district.

This was shared by Bogdan Voron on Facebook.

Oleg Tsarev, a former MP from the Party of Regions accused of high treason and put on the wanted list, said that he had been in Ukraine "since the first days of the war" and that he had allegedly delivered humanitarian aid from the invaders.

On the morning of March 15, he posted a video in which he gives an interview to the Russian propaganda channel RT against the background of a church in the village of Katyuzhanka in the Kyiv region, although he claims that in Borodyanka.

"We've been here since the first day of the war. You can say, from the first hour. We provide humanitarian aid and communicate with local residents. Unfortunately, in many localities, local authorities have abandoned residents. Most of the localities where the Russian troops are currently located are safe. People need help. There is no electricity or water. I want help from the Ministry of Emergency Situations. We expect that Russia will send some commands because we will not be able to cope on our own."

It should be noted that in Borodyanka (Kyiv region), the priest of the UOC-MP, rector of the Church of Archangel Michael, archpriest Viktor Talko, helped the invaders capture civilians. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of internal affairs, Yevhen Enin.

As writer Larysa Nitsoy mentioned on Facebook, "ruscists" pushed civilians, hiding in a Moscow church, into a bus. People were taken to the Russian Federation: they were pushed into the bus with gunstocks.

Viktor Talko said that in 2014, Russian soldiers would have been greeted with flowers, Spiritual Front of Ukraine reports:

"Russian military propagandist Alexander Kots, who informatively accompanies the army of the occupier in Ukraine and hates all “non-Russians”, decided to interview the priest of the UOC (Moscow Patriarchate), rector of St. Michael's Church in Borodyanka, Fr Viktor. He kindly agreed to help a Russian military propagandist who supports the Russian army – invaders who are firing at civilians. Clergyman of the UOC-MP Fr. Viktor supported the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine arguing it in the same way as Patriarch Kirill: they say that the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine to protect Donbas from “Western values” and holding "Gay Pride parades".
