Peter and Paul in Lviv, Bishop Mykhail Koltun, head of the UGCC Department for Pastoral Care in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, led a moleben to Christ the Lover of Mankind. During the prayer, the chaplains prayed for the police officers who are keeping order during the Euro 2012 European Soccer Championship.

In the garrison Church of Sts. Peter and Paul in Lviv, Bishop Mykhail Koltun, head of the UGCC Department for Pastoral Care in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, led a moleben to Christ the Lover of Mankind. During the prayer, the chaplains prayed for the police officers who are keeping order during the Euro 2012 European Soccer Championship.
Opening the prayer for the workers of the law enforcement bodies, Bishop Koltun said that this moleben is decided to “them and their families, in order to thank God for their ministry. We pray for peace in their families and for their health."
